Quadric has created an innovative software driven AI inference processor. Licensed as IP, the architecture is targeted to run neural network (NN) inference workloads in a wide variety of edge and endpoint devices, ranging from battery operated smart-sensor systems to high-performance automotive or autonomous vehicle systems. Unlike other neural engines in the industry today that can only accelerate a portion of a machine learning graph, the Quadric GPNPU executes both NN graph code and conventional C++ DSP and control code.
Role
Quadric is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Coordinator to join our team. You'll be the first face visitors see and the first voice they hear, so bringing warmth and professionalism to every interaction is a must. Day-to-day, you'll wrangle calendars, manage incoming mail and packages, coordinate with vendors, keep the office stocked and running smoothly, and generally be the person everyone turns to when they need something done. You'll also support the broader team with administrative tasks, event planning, and whatever curveballs a busy office tends to throw. You will play a key role in creating a positive and productive work environment for our employees and you care deeply about those experiences.
Responsibilities
- You keep the engine running — coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff; managing office calendars and wrangling the inevitable conference room swap; and handling all incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, and package receiving.
- You'll own office supplies and equipment inventory — tracking what we have, restocking before we run out, and making sure everything stays in working order. When something needs fixing or the facilities need attention, you'll be the liaison with building management, vendors, and service providers.
- All things fun — you'll also plan, budget for, and execute team-building events, happy hours, and customer events that people actually look forward to. And when new teammates join, you'll partner with the People team on onboarding — setting up workstations, leading office orientations, and making sure day one feels like a great start.
Who you are:
You thrive on keeping things organized in environments where no two days look the same. You're proactive — you notice the paper tray is almost empty before it becomes a crisis. You communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoy making people feel welcome. Bonus points if you have a sixth sense for when the conference room is about to double-book.
