Senior AI/ML Engineer

Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced ML systems. You will leverage deep learning, NLP, and cloud-native architectures to build high-performance, scalable AI solutions. You'll also mentor junior team members and collaborate across functions to shape AI strategy. Key Responsibilities: Lead architecture and implementation of advanced ML and DL models (NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems). Manage end-to-end ML lifecycle: data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, optimization, deployment, and monitoring. Implement RAG-based retrieval systems and generative AI pipelines with cutting-edge LLMs. Integrate with vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate for semantic search and retrieval. Build cloud-native ML solutions using Azure, AWS, or GCP; utilize MLOps tools like MLflow, Docker, and Kubernetes. Oversee ETL/data engineering best practices—batch and streaming pipelines. Mentor AI/ML engineers and contribute to team growth and knowledge sharing. Required Skills & Expertise: Proven experience (2-5 years) in AI/ML engineering roles. Mastery of Python and ML frameworks: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch. Expertise in NLP, LLMs, agentic AI, and RAG architectures. Hands-on experience with vector DBs: FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate. Strong data engineering skills: ETL, data modeling, Pandas, NumPy, SQL. Familiarity with OpenAI GPT models, LangChain, or LlamaIndex. Cloud deployment experience: Azure (preferred), AWS, GCP. Skilled in MLOps & containerization: MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes. Excellent problem-solving ability and communication skills. Education: B.Tech / M.Tech / MS in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or equivalent. Advanced degrees (PhD) in AI/ML fields are an advantage.
