Supply Chain Business Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented self-starter to support our Supply Chain teams across various departments. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a suite of Tableau dashboards across Supply Chain departments. Actively contribute in a small-team environment by participating in business process discussions. Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver tangible results. Gain an understanding of business operations and processes to create design documentation for development. Translate and simplify requirements for process changes and IT development. Provide detailed, thorough, and accurate analysis for strategic planning. Perform system beta testing and provide feedback to the team. Prepare business area leadership and end users for changes resulting from business process improvements and rollout business software tools. Create end-user help documentation. Plan and monitor implemented solutions. Provide 1st level support for application problems and resolve or escalate as required. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, MIS, Operations Management, or Business Major is preferred. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred. Experience: 1+ year(s) of Tableau or Power BI development experience required. SQL and RPA development experience preferred.
