Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a QSR Culinary Instructor located in Noida. The QSR Culinary Instructor will be responsible for teaching culinary skills, including cooking and baking, and delivering hands-on training sessions. The role involves planning and delivering training programs, developing curriculum tailored to QSR operations, evaluating participants' performance, and ensuring program quality to meet industry standards. Collaborating with team members to improve learning methods and ensuring workplace safety will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Cooking, Baking, and culinary techniques
- Proficiency in Culinary Management and experience in overseeing kitchen operations
- Experience in Training and ability to mentor and develop culinary teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of QSR guidelines and standards is an advantage
- Prior experience as a chef or culinary instructor preferred
- Culinary certification or formal culinary education is beneficial
