Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular audits across outlets for SOP, hygiene, food safety and operational compliance
* Check inventory, wastage, COGS and operational processes
* Monitor adherence to company standards and identify gaps
* Prepare detailed audit reports and track corrective actions
* Work closely with Store Managers and Area Managers to improve compliance
* Ensure consistency in product quality, service and customer experience
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in QSR / Restaurant / Food Retail operations
* Good understanding of food safety, hygiene and operational SOPs
* Strong observation and analytical skills
* Willingness to travel across Mumbai outlets
* Ability to communicate findings clearly and drive corrective action
* FOSTAC certification will be an added advantage
