Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor (C&I) specializing in Corporate Fit-Out projects, based in Bengaluru and Gurgaon. The role involves preparing and analyzing cost estimates, conducting quantity takeoffs, and managing budgets to ensure the successful execution of fit-out projects. The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with project managers, vendors, and clients to maintain cost control, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with contractual and industry standards. Additional responsibilities include procurement support, contract negotiations, and cost forecasting.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Estimation, Quantity Take offs, and Budget Management
- Knowledge of Contract Negotiation, Procurement Processes, and Vendor Management
- Familiarity with industry standards and practices for Corporate Fit-Out projects
- Ability to prepare detailed project reports and cost forecasts
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency with tools such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and cost estimation software
- Experience in workplace or interior fit-out projects will be a significant advantage
- Understanding of relevant safety and regulatory compliance standards
