Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented QS Billing Engineer to manage quantity surveying and billing operations for our construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing BOQs, handling client & contractor billing, and ensuring cost control across projects.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and verify BOQ (Bill of Quantities) from drawings and site requirements
- Handle client billing and contractor billing (RA Bills & Final Bills)
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements
- Monitor project costs and ensure budget control
- Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, and contractors for billing validation
- Prepare billing reports, cost reports, and MIS
- Verify and certify subcontractor bills with proper documentation
- Track material consumption and quantity reconciliation
- Assist in tendering and cost estimation
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications
Requirements & Skills- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying & billing processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing tools
- Understanding of construction drawings and specifications
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Education- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
