Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor (QS) based in Hyderabad. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, monitoring and managing budgets, evaluating project expenditures, preparing tender documents, and performing material take-offs. The role includes working closely with project teams to ensure efficient resource allocation and compliance with project timelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in cost estimation, material take-offs, and budget management
- Experience in preparing tender documents and analyzing bids
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and market rates
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other project management tools
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, are preferred
- Experience in facade systems or a related industry is an advantage
