Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Amaravati , Andhra Pradesh for a QS (Quantity Surveying) and Planning Engineer specializing in hotel projects. The role involves the preparation and management of project cost estimates, budgets, and timelines. Key responsibilities include planning and scheduling construction activities, implementing production planning, managing project controls, conducting data analysis, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Planning and Production Planning to effectively schedule and manage construction activities
- Advanced Analytical Skills and competence in Project Control to monitor progress and ensure project alignment with key objectives
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members
- Proven experience in hotel or hospitality-related construction projects is highly desirable
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments
