About the role

As a Customer Care Officer - Usage - French Market, you will be responsible for helping Qonto's French customers with their everyday banking needs. You will be the main point of contact for our clients and will ensure a high-quality customer experience. Your main responsibilities will include: - Answering incoming calls, emails and messages from our French customers - Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Providing guidance and support on the usage of our products and services - Identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions to enhance the customer experience - Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures To be successful in this role, you will need: - Native or near-native French language skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality service - Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or fintech industry - Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and want to be part of a fast-growing fintech company, we'd love to hear from you!
