Job Requirements

WHO YOU ARE

• You are a student in The Netherlands who will graduate in fall of 2025 or spring of 2026 with a degree in Data Science, Engineering, Compute Science, Mathematics or a related subject.
• You are ambitious and a strong communicator in English.
• You are able to extract impactful insights out of (sometimes messy) real-world datasets from different sources.
• You have a “get things done” attitude, and you are eager to learn and overcome any challenges to accomplish your tasks.
• You have implemented projects in Python with numpy, scipy, pandas, scikit-learn, and ideally basic knowledge of SQL.
• You have experience with git, Python virtual environments, and ideally, Docker containers.
• You have hands-on experience with traditional ML and LLM models and know how to set up experiments and model evaluation metrics.
• Experience with AWS S3, airflow, mongoDB, and integrating external APIs are a plus.
  
  

Job Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

As a Data Scientist intern, you will be part of our science team. We are working on standardizing product data, market pricing, and optimal seller allocations. We will work on a project in one of those areas or explore ideas in buyer behaviour prediction, market, or seller success forecasts.

Our data platform is built on airflow, dbt, snowflake, AWS S3, mongoDB, and Kafka.
