Key Responsibilities
EHSM Implementation and Configuration :
Lead end-to-end implementation and comprehensive configuration of SAP EHSM modules, with a strong emphasis on Workplace Safety functionalities.
Expertly configure and deploy standard SAP Fiori and analytical applications tailored for risk reporting, task execution, audit monitoring, and comprehensive compliance management related to workplace safety.
Integration With Core SAP Modules
Architect and ensure seamless integration of SAP EHSM with core SAP modules including :
- Business Partner (BP)
- Personnel Administration (PA)
- Time Management (TM)
- Organizational Management (OM)
- Plant Maintenance (PM)
- Materials Management (MM)
- Accounting (FI/CO)
Master Data And Task Management
Strategically set up and meticulously maintain master data relevant to workplace safety, including location hierarchies, task calendars, role definitions, and compliance monitoring structures.
Client Engagement And Project Leadership
- Expertly conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions, lead insightful design workshops, and deliver effective end-user training programs focused on workplace safety aspects within SAP EHSM.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse client stakeholders, including safety officers, compliance managers, environmental specialists, and IT administrators.
- Provide strong leadership throughout the deployment lifecycle on QGTC and QSTS systems, encompassing thorough testing, seamless go-live support, and comprehensive and Skills :
Education
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, or Information Technology.
- SAP EHSM or EHS certification is strongly preferred.
Technical Skills
- In-depth and demonstrable experience in SAP EHSM implementation on SAP S/4HANA platforms.
Expert-level configuration knowledge of key EHSM sub-modules, with a strong focus on :
- Risk Assessment (specifically related to workplace hazards)
- Incident Logging and Investigation (with detailed root cause analysis and corrective actions)
- Management of Change (MoC) (ensuring safety considerations are integrated)
- Highly proficient in navigating and utilizing the SAP Fiori Launchpad and WebDynpro interfaces.
- Proven experience in integrating SAP EHSM with other SAP modules via BAPI/IDoc.
- Familiarity with ABAP debugging and workflow configuration for EHSM-specific processes.
