Position Overview As a Software Developer , you will play a key role in designing and developing high-performance trading infrastructure and analytical tools. You will work closely with traders and quantitative analysts to build scalable, low-latency systems that power our investment strategies. This role requires a strong technical foundation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to optimize real-time data processing. Key Responsibilities System Development : Design and develop scalable, high-performance software for trading, risk management, and quantitative research. Algorithm Implementation : Build and optimize complex algorithms for analytical and trading processes. Infrastructure Optimization : Enhance system performance, reduce latency, and improve the stability of trading infrastructure. Data Management : Manage large datasets, ensuring accuracy in portfolio valuation, risk management, and trading execution. Automation & Testing : Implement automated workflows, rigorous testing, and debugging processes to ensure system efficiency and reliability. Collaboration : Work closely with traders, quantitative researchers, and other developers to align technology with business objectives. Qualifications & Skills Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (Master's preferred). Programming Skills : Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, C++, or Java. Software Development Expertise : Experience with object-oriented programming, asynchronous programming, and building scalable applications. Front-End Knowledge : Familiarity with JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS is a plus. Mathematical & Analytical Ability : Strong understanding of algorithms, computational complexity, and system optimization. Problem-Solving Mindset : Ability to tackle complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment or high-performance computing is a plus.
