We are looking for an experienced QMS Specialist who can manage and strengthen our Quality Management System (QMS). The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ISO standards, internal audits, compliance management, and process improvement.
🛠 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
📌 Develop, implement & maintain QMS aligned with ISO standards
📌 Plan and conduct internal audits to ensure compliance
📌 Prepare the company for external ISO audits and manage audit closures
📌 Maintain quality documentation, SOPs & compliance records
📌 Identify non-conformities and implement CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions)
📌 Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality compliance
📌 Monitor compliance risks and report to management
📌 Conduct QMS training & awareness sessions for employees
📌 Support regulatory inspections and audit readiness
📌 Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes

🏅 ISO Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor Certification
📚 Experience in multiple ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001)
📑 Knowledge of regulatory and statutory compliance
💻 Experience with QMS automation / compliance tools
👥 Experience in training teams on quality & compliance
