Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a QMS Engineer, located in Ghaziabad. The QMS Engineer will be responsible for implementing and managing quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards. Daily tasks include conducting audits, analyzing data to improve product quality, and ensuring adherence to ISO standards. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality objectives and driving continuous improvements in production and manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and familiarity with ISO standards implementation
- Experience in process audits, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions to ensure quality compliance
- Ability to analyze manufacturing data and provide solutions for process improvements
- Proficient in documentation, maintaining quality manuals, and creating reports
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with relevant software tools for process tracking and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Experience in garment manufacturing or apparel production is an advantage
