About the role

Job Purpose: As an Outbound SDR, you'll be a critical part of the SaaS Inside Sales Team, focused on driving pipeline growth in the US/Canada markets. Your primary goal is to generate qualified appointments with C-suite executives and key decision-makers through strategic, multi-channel outreach. You'll work closely with the sales team to deliver compelling value propositions, qualify prospects, and drive show-ready meetings that lead to revenue. Key Responsibilities: Generate outbound leads via cold calling, personalized emails, LinkedIn, and other channels. Craft and manage high-performing outbound pitches, email cadences, and objection-handling frameworks. Identify, engage, and set appointments with C-level executives and senior stakeholders. Understand and articulate the SaaS product's technical value based on the prospect's tech stack and pain points. Execute tailored account penetration strategies across diverse industry verticals. Qualify leads using BANT and other sales qualification frameworks. Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure high appointment show-up rates. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize handoff and feedback loops for conversion success. Analyse outbound campaign performance and iterate for pipeline improvements. Work in a fast-paced, high-velocity sales environment to support global outreach.
