Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional QHSE Manager based in Thane. The QHSE Manager will oversee quality, health, safety, and environmental programs within the APACME region. Responsibilities include implementing compliance standards, conducting health and safety assessments, managing incident investigations, delivering training programs, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role involves consistent collaboration with teams to ensure the implementation of best practices in occupational safety and environmental health policies.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Health & Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment Health and Safety (EHS)
- Proven experience in Accident Investigation and implementation of preventive measures
- Strong skills in conducting Training sessions for safety and compliance awareness
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and ability to maintain high-quality operational safety standards
- Effective communication and leadership skills for engaging diverse teams and stakeholders
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Professional certifications in relevant QHSE disciplines (NEBOSH is a must), ISO Lead Auditor, Previous work experience at regional level
- Proven track record in implementing safety initiatives and driving a positive safety culture.
