Technical Product Owner

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Owner (TPO) to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, working closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver robust, scalable digital solutions. You should have a strong technical background, a solid understanding of agile principles, and the ability to manage product backlogs effectively. Key Responsibilities: Define and maintain the product roadmap and backlog based on business goals and user needs. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements. Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment. Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Prioritize and manage the product backlog to maximize business value. Ensure features are delivered on time and meet business expectations. Drive continuous product improvement based on feedback and data. Collaborate with QA to define and execute test strategies. Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions for future enhancements. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst in agile environments. Strong technical background; able to understand software architecture, APIs, databases, etc. Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks. Experience in writing user stories and working closely with development teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in [industry/domain, e.g., fintech, healthcare, retail]. Certifications like CSPO, SAFe POPM, or PMP are a plus. Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
