- AI-Assisted Quality Engineering: Drive the adoption of AI-powered testing solutions, self-healing automation, intelligent test generation, predictive quality analytics, and GenAI-enabled testing accelerators to improve productivity and quality outcomes.
- Solutioning & Pre-Sales: Partner with sales, delivery, and client stakeholders to define QE solution approaches, prepare technical proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, conduct discovery workshops, and present solution recommendations.
- Estimation & Planning: Lead effort estimation, resource planning, delivery planning, and risk assessment for Quality Engineering engagements and digital transformation programs.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical governance, conduct architecture and code reviews, mentor distributed QE teams, and foster engineering excellence.
- Innovation & Modernization: Evaluate, pilot, and implement modern testing technologies, automation frameworks, and quality engineering accelerators.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders, application teams, delivery managers, and external vendors to define quality objectives, manage risks, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Risk & Metrics: Establish quality dashboards, monitor automation coverage, defect trends, release readiness, and proactively identify and mitigate quality risks.
