We are seeking a professional, self-motivated team player who will help us deliver excellence to our customers. Individual should be detail oriented, work well in a fast-paced team environment and able to change priorities as the situation requires. We seek someone who is self-confident, doesn’t mind getting a little dirty and has a willingness to learn.<br> <br><strong>Benefits:</strong>

<br> <strong>Minimum job duties</strong>
</div><ul>
<li>Vinyl or Wrap Experience, 3M or AD certified is a huge PLUS</li>
<li>Work with a lead installer on larger projects and independently or smaller installation projects </li>
<li>Work both on-site at customers’ locations as well at our production facility assisting with sign-making</li>
<li>Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs</li>
<li>Learn new technologies, skills, and techniques to become a better installer and sign maker</li>
</ul><div><strong> <br>Minimum qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>Experience laying vinyl graphics, and vehicle wraps to exacting standards</li>
<li>Experience installing signs or other related products</li>
<li>Construction and Power Tool Experience</li>
<li>Ability to Interpret drawings, layouts, and installation plans accurately and/or technical diagrams</li>
<li>Prior sign experience </li>
<li>Document installations with photos and required reports</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members</li>
<li>Ensure jobs are completed correctly the first time and minimize callbacks</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite</li>
<li>Able to speak and read English proficiently</li>
</ul><div>
<br><strong>Physical Demands</strong>
</div><ul>
<li>Must be able to climb a ladder while lifting signs</li>
<li>Must be willing to learn how to survey properties and install signs</li>
<li>Must be in good physical condition and can lift over 75 lbs.</li>
