Responsibilities:
1) Test incoming ingredients for physical, chemical, and microbial safety.
2) Check supplier documents and Certificates of Analysis.
3) Reject non-compliant or damaged raw materials
4)Collect and analyze final product samples in the lab.
5) Inspect packaging, sealing, and label accuracy.
6) Ensure adherence to Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) or local food regulations.
Qualifications
B.Tech/M.Tech in food technology
