Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for the Head of Quality Control, located in Panvel. The QC Head will oversee all quality control operations, ensuring that production processes, products, and laboratory practices meet regulatory and company standards. Responsibilities include managing laboratory operations, maintaining quality assurance protocols, preparing reports, troubleshooting quality issues, and mentoring quality control staff to ensure adherence to best practices.
Job Responsibilities -
1. To Lead QC Function (QC chemical & micro) of both main QC and DPI QC lab
2. Handle Audit Readiness, Investigation, Document review.
3. Day to day work allocation and meeting timeline of RM, PM, FG, stability studies
4. Team management (QC, Micro)
5. coordinates with such as warehouse, production, QA,PPIC Etc
- ..In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and industry best practices
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Pharmaceutical Sciences)
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry is highly desirable
