Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sonipat for the position of QC Head. The QC Head will oversee the quality control processes of the facility, ensuring compliance with global standards. Daily responsibilities include managing quality assurance protocols, supervising laboratory operations, troubleshooting production issues, conducting audits, and maintaining adherence to quality certifications. The role also involves developing and implementing quality management strategies and coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in production standards.
Qualifications
- Skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, ensuring adherence to stringent industry standards
- Proficiency in Quality Management and Analytical Skills to assess processes and implement enhancements
- Familiarity with Laboratory Skills, testing protocols, and the use of quality testing equipment
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities to manage quality teams effectively
- Thorough understanding of global quality certifications and compliance requirements
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Experience in the manufacturing or export industry is advantageous
