Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a QC Executive in Bengaluru. The QC Executive will be responsible for managing quality control processes, conducting inspections, evaluating product quality, and ensuring compliance with established standards. The role includes monitoring quality assurance procedures, conducting laboratory tests, and maintaining accurate calibration of equipment. Collaboration with production teams to ensure consistent quality outputs will be a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills with the ability to maintain compliance and improve processes.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Laboratory Skills to perform inspections and evaluations with accuracy.
- Experience with Calibration procedures and ensuring equipment readiness for precise measurements.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and systematic thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in leather or automotive manufacturing quality processes is an advantage.
