Role Description The QC Executive role at Fleek is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi. The QC Executive is responsible for inspecting incoming vintage and second-hand fashion items to ensure they meet defined quality standards and marketplace requirements. Day-to-day tasks include conducting visual and physical checks, documenting defects, verifying measurements and specifications, and assisting in implementing quality assurance procedures. The QC Executive works closely with internal stakeholders to maintain consistent product quality and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate product quality, identify patterns in defects, and support data-driven improvements.
- Hands-on experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, including implementing checks, documenting issues, and following standard operating procedures.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in record-keeping, and ability to follow and refine quality standards and workflows.
- Good communication skills for coordinating.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi and collaborate in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment.
- Prior experience in apparel, textiles, or fashion quality inspection is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in quality management, textiles, science, or a related field is beneficial.
