Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control (QC) Engineer located in Mumbai. The QC Engineer will be responsible for inspecting and testing materials, products, and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting quality audits, identifying and resolving quality issues, implementing quality control processes, preparing documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Strong Analytical Skills for identifying and troubleshooting quality issues effectively and efficiently.
- Knowledge of Quality Management processes and the ability to implement and improve quality control frameworks.
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear reporting.
- Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; experience in the LED lighting or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
