Key Responsibilities
- Perform dissolution testing of pharmaceutical products, especially injectables, as per approved specifications and methods
- Handle and operate analytical instruments such as UV Spectrophotometer, HPLC, Dissolution Apparatus
- Prepare and standardize solutions, reagents, and media required for analysis
- Ensure proper documentation of test results in compliance with GMP/GLP requirements
- Review analytical data and report results accurately
- Maintain calibration and routine checks of laboratory instruments
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Assist in method validation, method transfer, and stability studies
- Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) and out-of-trend (OOT) results
- Coordinate with production and QA teams for sample analysis and release
