Job Title: QC Executive – Cosmetics Industry

Experience Required: 0.6–1years (Cosmetic / Pharma / Personal Care manufacturing preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Control Executive for the cosmetic manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for checking raw materials, in-process products, and finished cosmetic products to ensure quality standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Perform quality testing of raw materials, bulk products, and finished goods

Conduct physical and chemical testing of cosmetic products (cream, lotion, serum, shampoo, face wash, etc.)

Maintain QC documentation such as:

COA (Certificate of Analysis)

Batch records

Stability reports

Test reports

Monitor in-process quality during production

Ensure products meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements

Handle sample testing for new product development (R&D support)

Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of laboratory instruments

Coordinate with production and R&D teams for quality improvement

Identify quality issues and report to the QC Manager

Required Skills

Knowledge of cosmetic raw materials and formulations

Basic understanding of laboratory testing methods

Good documentation and record-keeping skills

Attention to detail

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reports)

Educational Qualification

B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry / Microbiology)

OR

Diploma / Degree in Cosmetic Technology / Pharmacy

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in cosmetic manufacturing company preferred

Good communication skills

Immediate joiners preferred
