Job Title: QC Assistant – Bridal Couture
Location: Hyderabad
Reports To: Vice President – Product
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented QC Assistant with experience in bridal couture, luxury ethnic wear, and embroidery. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for quality, excellent product knowledge, and the ability to work closely with artisans, vendors, and production teams to uphold the highest couture standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect garments and embroidery throughout sampling and production.
- Ensure quality standards for embroidery, garment construction, fit, finishing, and presentation.
- Conduct regular visits to embroidery vendors and job-work units to monitor quality and production progress.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely quality compliance.
- Coordinate with design, production, and finishing teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain QC reports and support continuous quality improvements.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of QC experience in bridal couture, designer wear, or premium ethnic wear.
- Strong knowledge of hand embroidery, embellishments, luxury fabrics, and garment construction.
- Experience managing embroidery vendors and outsourced production.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel within Hyderabad.
