Manarti Exports is engaged in sourcing, procurement, exports, and supply operations with a strong focus on quality, timely delivery, and vendor management. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Procurement Department as a QC & Product Development Executive.
Job Summary
The QC & Product Development Executive will be responsible for supporting procurement operations through vendor coordination, product quality checking, sample development, sourcing activities, and maintaining procurement-related documentation. The role requires close coordination with suppliers, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure quality products are procured and delivered efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement and Vendor Coordination:
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for product sourcing and procurement activities.
- Follow up for quotations, samples, purchase-related updates, and deliveries.
- Compare products based on quality, pricing, specifications, and timelines.
- Assist in vendor development and maintain supplier relationships.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding procurement requirements.
- Maintain procurement records, quotations, and vendor documentation.
Quality Control:
- Inspect samples, packaging, and procured products to ensure quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks before dispatch or inward approvals.
- Identify defects or quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with vendors.
- Ensure products comply with company standards and client requirements.
- Maintain QC reports and inspection documentation.
Product Development:
- Coordinate for new product development and sample arrangements.
- Assist in developing improved product and packaging options.
- Conduct market research for new products and sourcing opportunities.
- Maintain product specifications, sample records, and development data.
- Coordinate sample approvals and modifications with vendors and management.
Required Skill:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
- Attention to detail and quality checking skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and procurement documentation
- Ability to handle multiple vendors and tasks simultaneously
- Problem-solving and time management skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any stream
- Experience in Procurement, QC, Vendor Coordination, or Product Development preferred
- Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also apply
