Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preparation and Submission of Running Account Bills, Measurement Books, and other required supporting documents to the department and take regular follow ups until release of payments.
- To establish a proper communication with department and follow ups for release of security deposits, bank guarantees and various running bill and final bill payments.
- To prepare and record all technical and administrative documentation for all projects.
- To look after testing of various samples in Govt Labs like GERI and other engineering colleges.
- To look after Quality Control of various material on field lab.
- To satisfactorily execute all tests related to aggregates, bitumen, concrete and cement in field lab.
Qualifications Required:
- Diploma/BE Civil with 10 + Years of Total Experience in Quality, Billing and Liasioning.
- Candidate should be technically sound, in terms of MoRTH Specifications regarding Quality Control of Materials. He/She should be proficient enough to explain MoRTH specifications thoroughly and in detail to Engineer in Charge/Govt. officials.
- Candidate should be Confident in communication. Language is not barrier, but whatever you speak, speak with responsibility and confidence.
