Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong expertise in ITSM and exposure to ECP-enabled implementations across CSM, HRSD, and SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and end-to-end ServiceNow project delivery.
This role requires excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills, along with the ability to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities Gathering & Analysis
- Conduct detailed requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders and clients.
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of requirements.
ServiceNow Project Delivery
- Lead and support end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, with exposure to
CSM, HRSD, and SPM.
- Participate in solution design, configuration reviews, testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives.
Documentation & User Story Writing
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including :
- Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
- High-Level Design (HLD)
- Low-Level Design (LLD)
- Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and process diagrams.
Client Interaction & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, business users, and delivery teams.
- Conduct workshops, requirement walkthroughs, solution demos, and stakeholder presentations.
- Manage expectations and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
ServiceNow Platform Expertise
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM processes and best practices.
- Hands-on experience or exposure to CSM and HRSD, including ECP-driven workflows and
integrations.
- Working knowledge of SPM modules such as Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, and Resource Management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of total experience, with 5+ years as a ServiceNow Business Analyst.
- Strong expertise in ITSM, with exposure to CSM / HRSD / SPM (ECP).
- Proven experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder
management.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-handling skills.
