About the role
Responsibilities:
1-To supervise review of official documents for entry visas, residence permits, other license/renewal applications & health documents for timely processing.
2-To keep updated about all changes & amendments made by government bodies & affecting functions & work activities of QRCS regulations & maintain
communication with all relevant parties internally & externally.
3-To supervise, review & approve transactions related to employee loans, leaves, sign-in & sign-out reports, clearances, resignations & terminations,
candidate testing & hiring & overtime, & review payroll to ensure compliance with salary scale, policies & procedures.
4-To ensure completion of hiring process for new employees, re-hiring & termination.
5-To arrange for & ensure timely payment of emploeey compensation such as salary, incentives, loans, air tickets & any other due benefits.
6-To develop regular reports on HR service activities where necessary.
7-To supervise endorsement of salary, employment, experience & any other certificates requested by employee in relation to their work at QRCS.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of HR or Business Administration.
Requirements:
1- 7+ years of practical experience in HR (preferably with humanitarian organizations).
2- Good conduct & reputation.
3- Good command of both Arabic & English.
