About the role

Qatar Airways is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs that deliver exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities: - Conduct user research and analysis to understand user behavior, pain points, and requirements - Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions are aligned with business objectives - Continuously iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and data analysis - Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud - Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills - Experience working in an agile development environment - Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles - Familiarity with design systems and design-to-code workflows
