Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack

Qatar Airways is looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable full-stack applications that power our business operations. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Design and develop high-performing, scalable, and secure web applications using modern technologies and best practices - Participate in the entire software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment - Optimize and refactor existing codebase to improve performance, maintainability, and code quality - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and proactively implement improvements Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field - 7+ years of experience in full-stack web development, preferably with a focus on server-side technologies - Proficient in modern web technologies such as JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express.js, and SQL databases - Strong understanding of software design patterns, clean code principles, and best practices - Experience in developing and deploying scalable, secure, and highly available web applications - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively - Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
