About the role

Qatar Airways is currently seeking a talented and motivated Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued passengers. Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) - Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding our products, services, and policies - Identify and escalate critical issues to the appropriate departments for resolution - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions - Continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service delivery Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively handle customer queries - Proficiency in English and at least one other language (Arabic, Mandarin, or Hindi preferred) - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and maintain composure under stress - Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a passion for the aviation industry
