Position: Customer Services Agent - Contact Centre Job Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat, to address inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve issues promptly. Booking Support: Assist customers in booking flights, managing reservations, and navigating the online booking system. Information Dissemination: Furnish accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, fares, policies, and other relevant details. Issue Resolution: Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and feedback in a professional and customer-centric manner. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and organized records of customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions. Required Skills: Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in additional languages is an advantage. Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to prioritize customer satisfaction while efficiently managing multiple tasks. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant computer applications and a quick learner of new technologies.
