Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune & Mumbai Division for a QAQC Manager. The QAQC Manager will oversee and implement quality assurance and quality control processes in construction projects. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining quality standards, conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and managing documentation related to quality. The role also involves training and guiding the team to meet quality objectives and addressing any quality-related issues during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) processes within the construction sector.
• Proficiency in conducting inspections, site audits, and analyzing quality-related data and reporting.
• Knowledge of construction standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Ability to develop and implement quality frameworks to meet project specifications and timelines.
• Excellent leadership skills, team management experience, and communication capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
• Prior experience in industrial, commercial, or residential construction projects is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in tools and software relevant to quality management and construction processes is advantageous.
