We are looking for a dynamic QA, Training & Team Lead to drive team performance, quality standards, and real-time coaching within a fast-paced customer support/sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor calls and team performance to maintain service quality.
* Provide real-time coaching and floor support.
* Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new employees.
* Improve communication, customer handling, and conversion skills.
* Lead, motivate, and energize the team to achieve targets.
* Prepare quality reports and performance feedback.
Requirements:
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Experience in QA, training, team handling, or customer support operations.
