Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a quality assurance (QA) trainee, located in Gurugram. The QA Trainee will be responsible for performing quality assurance and control activities, assisting in the testing and validation of software applications, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Daily tasks may include preparing test plans, executing test cases, documenting test results, identifying defects, and communicating findings effectively to the development team. The role offers excellent learning opportunities in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in quality control and quality assurance to ensure products meet specified performance and reliability standards.
- Familiarity with Quality Management and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) methodologies to maintain compliance and optimize processes.
- Proficiency in quality auditing to evaluate processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies and quality practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, but candidates with relevant training and skills may also be considered.
