Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QA Tester with experience in manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will ensure product quality by designing effective test strategies, building automation, and exploring modern testing approaches including AI-based tools.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and test strategies
· Perform manual testing for new features and enhancements
· Build and maintain automation frameworks (Selenium / Cypress / Playwright)
· Develop and execute automation test scripts for regression and functional testing
· Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
· Collaborate closely with developers and product teams
· Ensure quality across releases and environments
· Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines
· Continuously improve testing processes and quality standards
· Explore and adopt modern testing tools and practices, including AI-based testing where applicable
Required Skills
Testing
· Strong understanding of STLC and SDLC
· Experience in manual and automation testing
· Good knowledge of test case design and defect lifecycle
Automation
· Hands-on experience with:
o Selenium / Cypress / Playwright
· Programming knowledge in:
o Python / JavaScript
Tools & Technologies
· Bug Tracking: JIRA or similar
· API Testing: Postman / Rest Assured
· Version Control: Git
· Basic SQL knowledge
Good to Have (Added Advantage)
· Exposure to AI-based testing tools (Testim, Mabl, Functionize, Applitools, etc.)
· Willingness and ability to quickly learn and implement AI-driven testing approaches
· Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
· Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter)
· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
· Exposure to cloud testing platforms
