Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester with at least 6 months of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of software testing processes and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: Minimum 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform functional testing to ensure application features work as expected
- Conduct regression testing to validate existing functionalities after changes
- Identify, report, and track bugs using appropriate tools
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand requirements
- Prepare and execute test cases and test scenarios
- Support testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Functional Testing
- Understanding of Regression Testing
- Familiarity with test case creation and execution
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Good to Have:
- Exposure to basic automation testing (e.g., Selenium or similar tools)
- Knowledge of bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)
- Basic understanding of SDLC/STLC
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 6 months of experience in software testing
