Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site QA Tester role located in Bengaluru. The QA Tester will be responsible for designing and executing detailed test cases, performing manual testing, and ensuring that software products meet established quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and documenting software defects, analyzing test results, collaborating with development teams to resolve issues, and ensuring overall product quality through precise test execution.
Responsibilities
- Detect UI inconsistencies with strong visual diff clarity.
- Validate pixel-level accuracy, layout shifts, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Identify UX inconsistencies and raise proactive improvement suggestions.
- Create clear, structured, and reusable test documentation.
- Maintain test plans, test cases, regression checklists, and release notes.
- Document defects with precise reproduction steps, logs, screenshots, and expected vs. actual behavior.
- Raise well-structured, reproducible tickets in issue tracking systems.
- Analyze project requirements, user stories, and edge cases with a strong critical mindset.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and potential failure scenarios early in the development lifecycle.
- Design comprehensive test cases (positive, negative, edge cases, regression).
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover hidden defects.
- Follow up on bug lifecycle until resolution.
- Work closely with developers, project managers, and designers to ensure quality is built into the project.
- Participate in requirement discussions and sprint ceremonies.
- Communicate risks and blockers early and clearly.

- sExpertise in Manual Testing to ensure software functionality and usabilit
- yStrong Analytical Skills and ability to identify and troubleshoot issue
- sExperience in Quality Assurance processes and methodologie
- sAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative tea
- mExperience with bug tracking tools and familiarity with software development life cycle processes is an advantag
