QA Salesforce Testing
Experience: 5-8+ years
Location - Bangalore

We are hiring a Salesforce QA Engineer (5–6 years) with strong functional expertise in Salesforce (Sales /commerce/Revenue cloud) and hands-on experience validating integrations and data migrations. This role suits a self-motivated.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute manual functional, integration, and regression testing for Salesforce configurations, customizations, and flows.
- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and traceability based on BRDs/FRDs; ensure coverage for business-critical processes.
- Validate integrations between Salesforce and ERP/procurement systems (e.g., NetSuite) via MuleSoft or other middleware.
- Oversee and validate data migrations from on-prem/legacy to Salesforce/Azure; verify mapping, transformation rules, data quality, and reconciliation.
- Utilize tools such as Salesforce Data Loader/Workbench and Alteryx for data validation and transformation checks.
- Conduct API testing for REST/SOAP services using Postman/SoapUI; review Swagger/OpenAPI for coverage.
- Collaborate with developers, admins, and stakeholders; document defects and provide improvement recommendations.
- Contribute to release planning, test environment readiness, and CI/CD test execution.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong Salesforce functional testing knowledge .
- Experience in integration testing with Salesforce and at least one ERP or procurement application.
- Hands-on data migration testing and data validation; ability to use Alteryx for data manipulation/verification.
- Experience creating high-quality test artifacts and executing end-to-end scenarios.
- Familiarity with defect management and DevOps/CI tools (Jira/HP ALM/Azure DevOps; Git/Jenkins).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; attention to detail.
