Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quality Assurance Manager - Civil in Construction, based in Chennai with some work-from-home flexibility. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee and ensure the quality and safety of construction projects, perform site inspections, review project plans, and manage quality control processes. The role involves coordinating with contractors and project managers to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, preparing inspection reports, and implementing improvements to processes.
Qualifications
- B.Tech Civil / B.E Civil with Min 8 to 12 Yrs Exp
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance, Safety Management, and Quality Control in construction
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering and construction methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools for quality and safety management
- Knowledge of local construction laws and regulations is a plus
