Role Description
The QA/QC Manager will oversee quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to project standards. This full-time, on-site role is based in Jamnagar, where the candidate will implement quality procedures, conduct inspections, manage audits, and provide leadership to the QA/QC team. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, assessing risks, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) processes, standards, and systems
- Proficiency in auditing, inspection, and risk assessment techniques
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams to implement quality protocols efficiently
- Experience in safety standards, certifications, and compliance documentation
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Familiarity with project management concepts is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as ISO auditor credentials will be considered advantageous
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Jamnagar
