Job Title: Quality Manager (ISO 9001 & ISO 27001)
Role Summary
The Quality Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards. The Quality Manager needs to oversee audits, process governance, and quality assurance across software projects.
Key Responsibilities
Quality & Process Management
• Maintain and improve QMS (ISO 9001) and ISMS (ISO 27001)
• Define and enforce processes, procedures, templates, and standards
• Ensure alignment with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Audit Management
• Plan and manage internal and external ISO audits (certification & surveillance)
• Act as main liaison with external auditors
• Handle non-conformities (NC) and corrective actions (CAPA)
Project Quality Assurance
• Conduct project audits and quality reviews
• Ensure compliance with defined processes and documentation standards
• Monitor quality records and project deliverables
Advisory & Training
• Guide project teams on quality and ISO requirements
• Conduct training on QMS/ISMS and audit readiness
Continuous Improvement
• Track quality metrics and identify improvements
• Prepare annual continual improvement report for management review
Requirements
Education & Certification
• Bachelor’s Degree
• ISO 9001 and/or ISO 27001 Auditor certification (preferred)
Experience
• 5–10 years in software quality assurance or quality management
• Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 audits
• Experience working in software development environments
Skills
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and quality processes
• Understanding of audit, compliance, and risk management
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently
