Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for QA/QC Engineers in Building Construction, based in Bengaluru. The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality assurance and quality control protocols. Daily tasks include conducting quality inspections, supervising quality management processes during construction, ensuring adherence to established standards, and preparing quality audits and reports. This role involves collaboration with project teams to address and resolve quality-related issues, maintaining compliance with regulatory and project-specific requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong capabilities in Quality Assurance and Quality Control
- Proficiency in Quality Auditing and Inspection processes
- Experience in Quality Management systems and implementation
- Solid understanding of construction standards, procedures, and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate across departments
- Educational background in Civil Engineering or relevant field
- Familiarity with modern construction practices and technologies is an advantage
