Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain Quality Assurance & Quality Control procedures at construction sites.
- Conduct inspections of civil works including RCC, finishing, masonry, waterproofing, and structural activities.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, checklists, inspection reports, method statements, and test reports.
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, contractors, and project management teams for quality compliance.
- Monitor material quality and ensure proper testing of construction materials such as concrete, steel, bricks, etc.
- Conduct internal quality audits and ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented.
- Review and verify subcontractor work quality and compliance with project specifications.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout project execution.
- Maintain records of NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and follow up for closure.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures in civil construction projects.
- Experience in high-rise building and residential/commercial construction projects.
- Knowledge of IS Codes, quality standards, and construction methodologies.
- Familiarity with laboratory testing procedures and material approvals.
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD preferred.
Qualification
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Additional certification in QA/QC will be preferred.

- Candidate should have hands-on experience in building construction projects.
- Ability to handle site quality independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
