Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a QA/QC Engineer located in Bengaluru. The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality assurance and control procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards, conducting inspections, and performing quality audits. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality deliverables while driving continuous improvement in quality management systems.
Qualifications
- Experience in Quality Control and Inspection techniques to ensure product and process compliance.
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Auditing to monitor and enhance operational standards.
- Familiarity with Quality Management practices to develop, implement, and maintain quality systems in the organization.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills to identify and resolve quality-related issues effectively.
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
- Experience in the Electronics, Semiconductors, Pharmaceuticals, or Aerospace industries would be an advantage.
